What are your shipping charges?

Please click on "Estimate Shipping" in your shopping cart. Oftentimes, you can add additional items to your cart without increasing the shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

Did you know that there's no such thing as free shipping? It should be called "shipping included" because "free shipping" just includes the cost of shipping in the price of the products. Since we don't hide any of the shipping cost in the price of the product, we don't offer "free shipping". However, you can substantially decrease the per-jar shipping cost by adding more jars to your order. You can also save money by taking advantage of our quantity discounts, shown below.

Our shipping rates are live quotes from the Postal Service and UPS. We keep our product prices as low as possible, and our margins are small since our product ingredients are of the highest quality. Rather than including the cost of shipping within the price of the product, which penalizes those who place larger orders, we offer a more transparent pricing system.

Do you ship to Canada?

The best thing for our Canadian customers to do is order through our Canadian partner, Health Essentials, which will save on high international shipping costs as well as extra taxes and import fees that are collected when a package from the U.S. is delivered to you. And you'll get your order faster! Our products can be found on the Health Essentials website. They also have lots of other great products!

Do you ship outside of the United States and Canada?

Yes, we ship anywhere! (Please read the following paragraph regarding shipping to the UK and the EU.) Please click on "Estimate Shipping" in your shopping cart to find out how much shipping will be. Be aware that you may also be responsible for duties and/or taxes charged by your country upon receipt of the shipment. Please check the laws of your country. Due to U.S. customs law, we must always complete the customs form as "merchandise" with the actual purchase price of the items(s) you bought. If your package arrives when you are away for a period of time, it may be returned to us, causing you an additional charge to re-ship it, so please consider timing when you place your order.

Both the UK and the EU are now requiring that foreign companies shipping there collect and remit VAT taxes for them for orders under a set value threshold. We are not equipped to do that (and, frankly, we find it a little silly for governments to require citizens of another country to collect taxes for them). Consequently, we can no longer ship orders to the UK valued less than £135 or orders to the EU valued less than €150. Please choose a delivery address outside of those areas, try ordering from Amazon.com, or contact us about placing an order valued over £135 or €150. Thank you.

How do you ship, and how soon will I receive my order?

Within the United States, we ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS is more reliable, but does not ship to post office boxes. If you prefer UPS, but the shopping cart shows USPS Priority as an option and not UPS Ground, simply select USPS Priority shipping and request UPS shipping in the comments when you check out. We ship your package the day after you place your order (excluding Sundays and holidays), and we ship the same day when possible!

You should receive an email notification with a package tracking link as soon as we generate your shipping label. (The link will not display any information until the Post Office has received your package into their facility.)

Outside of the United States we ship via UPS because USPS is extremely slow and also unreliable. If you have another option in mind, please contact us.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

We have a guarantee on our balm for 30 days from the date that you receive your order. Please contact us to let us know what the issue is, and we will make it right! And please mention where you purchased your balm, whether it was on our website or elsewhere.

Please try the sample jar or the 2-oz jar of a given variety before ordering the 9-oz jar. Otherwise, any replacement or refund may be for the 2-oz jar. Please note that sample jars may not be returned.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

For orders of $250 or more, there is a 10% discount.
For orders of $500 or more, there is a 20% discount.
These discounts will be applied to your order automatically.

Do you offer wholesale prices to re-sellers?

Yes, we offer wholesale prices to re-sellers. Please contact us for pricing details.

Do you use recyclable packaging materials?

We use recycled paper as cushioning inside our packages except when we are re-using materials that we receive in packages that are sent to us. The paper can be recycled together with cardboard. Please recycle the paper and the cardboard box as well as any protective bubble wrap, which sometimes must be used to prevent breakage. (The bubble wrap can be recycled together with plastic bags.)
