What are your shipping charges?
Please click on "Estimate Shipping" in your shopping cart. Oftentimes, you can add additional items to your cart without increasing the shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders over $75 in the USA.
Do you ship to Canada?
For shipping to Canada, please place your order with our Canadian partner, Health Essentials. They also have lots of other great products! You will save high shipping costs and significant import fees that are collected from you when your package is delivered from the U.S. And you will get your order faster!
Do you ship outside of the United States and Canada?
Yes! (Please read the following paragraph regarding shipping to the UK and the EU.) To estimate the cost of shipping, please click on "Add Info" next to "Shipping" in your shopping cart. Or simply proceed through the checkout process to see what your totals are before paying. Be aware that you may also be responsible for import fees, duties, and/or taxes charged by your country upon receipt of the shipment. Please check the laws of your country. Due to U.S. customs law, we must always complete the customs form as "merchandise" with the actual purchase price of the item(s) you bought. If your package arrives when you are away for a period of time, it may be returned to us, causing you a additional charges to return and to re-ship it, so please consider timing when you place your order.
Both the UK and the EU are now requiring that foreign companies shipping there collect and remit VAT taxes for them for orders under a certain value. We are not equipped to do that (and, frankly, we find it a little silly for governments to require citizens of another country to collect taxes for them). Consequently, we are not able to ship orders to the UK or EU with a subtotal of less than US$200. Please add more items to your cart until your subtotal is over US$200.
How do you ship, and how soon will I receive my order?
Within the United States, we ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS is more reliable, but does not ship to post office boxes. We ship your package the day after you place your order (excluding Sundays and holidays), and we ship the same day when possible!
You should receive an email notification with a package tracking link as soon as we generate your shipping label. (The link will not display any information until the carrier has received your package.)
Outside of the United States we ship via UPS because USPS is extremely slow and also unreliable.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
We have a guarantee on our Tallow Balm Products for one month from the date that you receive your order. Please contact us to let us know what the issue is, and we will make it right! And please mention where you purchased your balm, whether it was on our website or elsewhere.
Please try the sample jar or the 2-oz jar of a given variety before ordering the 9-oz jar. Otherwise, any replacement or refund may be for the 2-oz jar. Please note that Balm Samples, Balm Soap Samples, and Gel Serums may not be returned.
Do you offer any discounts?
When you place an order, you will automatically receive 10% back in Rewards points to use on a future order. Also, when you refer someone who orders, you will receive $5 worth of Rewards points. Find all the details on the Rewards program immediately upon logging in with your email address.
Do you use recyclable packaging materials?
We use recycled paper as cushioning inside our packages except when we are re-using materials that we receive in packages that are sent to us. The paper can be recycled together with cardboard. Please recycle the paper and the cardboard box as well as any protective bubble wrap, which sometimes must be used to prevent breakage. (The bubble wrap can be recycled together with plastic bags.)
