1) Tallow from 100% grass-fed cows that are happy, healthy, and humanely raised without cruel feed lots and cruel slaughterhouses and without pesticides, drugs, hormones, or chemicals of any kind.
2) First cold-pressed extra virgin organic olive oil from a family orchard in the valley of Sparta, Greece; they cultivate; they harvest; they press; they export; nobody else interferes, eliminating any chance of contamination with other oils.
3) The most pure and therapeutic essential oils available, produced to the highest standards in the industry, steam-distilled from plants grown at the highest standards and not adulterated, extended, synthesized, or distilled using chemicals or high temperatures and pressure; expertly blended and specifically selected because of their long-standing tradition of promoting optimal skin health.
This is how people cared for their skin before chemicals. This is the whole food of skin care. Don't put anything on your body that you wouldn't put in your body! I love tallow balm for my face and cuticles and this is one of my favorite scents.

I have been using this balm for over a year! I will never use anything else. I am 61 years old with dryer skin. When I put this on my face, neck and chest it still feels moisturized by the end of the day. I do not reapply. Sometimes I will look at other products and then I say NO! I have the very best product ever!

I have had scalp issues with eczema/psoriasis with a dry, flaky skin on my forehead which drove me nuts! I’ve tried so many things on my scalp and for almost 5 years have not added any styling products to my hair. I heard of tallow balm on wise traditions, ordered mildly manly, (smells great!) and use it on my face giving me a tighter look, and on my scalp! The flaky skin is almost gone in just a few days, and it also works well like a hair paste!

This balm is just as advertised. A little goes a long way. It make your skin feel very soft and smooth. I was placing an order for another similar product at a MUCH higher price then remembered this site. I am glad I did. I would highly recommend this and I am not being compensated for saying this. I will definitely re-order when the time comes.

I'm a very feminine woman, but the Mild Manly tallow balm appealed to me the first time I used it! And I'm still loving it. I rotate through nearly all of the scents and have fun doing it, but keep going back to this fragrance. Now, as for the tallow balm in general, I'm completely sold on it and here are a few reasons: After using tallow balm for several months and many jars, my post menopausal skin has improved so much, it is remarkable. My skin feels like silk, or a baby's skin - take your pick. They both are true! I still have some wrinkles, but because all the skin of my face is softer and more supple, the wrinkles are not as visible, so hey - I'm not caring about them any more. I just want to say that the longer I have used it, the improvements have continued. So don't be impatient. If you want long lasting beautiful skin, use this for the long term. I'm so in love with this company and this product!

LOVE the tallow balm! Tried it for 3 months and received many compliments on the improvement of my skin. When I ran out, I went back to using a homemade lotion and it wasn't nearly as nice. Can't go wrong with natural ingredients our body can assimilate easily! 76

Works like a miracle! It kept my skin soft and supple in the dead of Chicago winter. Also I happen to really like the scent of this one.

I read on article by the maker of this product on the Weston Price Foundation website and bought it right away because it made so much sense that an animal based fat/oil would be better for human skin than plant based ones. I have used it now for about a month and it has really helped a few spots on my body where what I would call pre-cancerous spots had appeared and overall it is a wonderful cream and lip balm.

The scent of Mild Manly Tallow Balm is invigorating with notes of ylang ylang and cedarwood. It is smooth and silky when applied to skin, and leaves the skin feeling nourished.

Because of our long and wonderful experience with this tallow balm, I purchased it for our six-year-old friend, a brave little guy whose dad is serving in Afghanistan. He suffers from eczema, often quite severely. I observed first hand how "suffer" is really the word for people who have this condition. I know it will help him and when I receive word, I will make sure it appears here.
