What are your shipping and handling charges?
In the shopping cart, enter your location to calculate the shipping and handling charge for your order. Oftentimes, you can add additional items to your cart without increasing the shipping and handling.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on larger orders. (Please see the question below about quantity discounts.) We are not able to offer free shipping on smaller orders because we don’t hide the shipping cost in the price of the product. You can substantially decrease the per-jar shipping cost by adding more jars to your order.
How do you ship, and how soon will I receive my order?
Within the United States, we ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, which takes 2 to 3 days. We ship your package the same day or the day after you place your order (excluding Sundays and holidays). You should receive an email notification with a package tracking link as soon as we generate your shipping label. (The link will not display any information until the Post Office has received your package into their facility.)
Outside of the United States, we usually ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) International First Class Mail. Package tracking is not available for this service.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
We have a no-quibble, 100% satisfaction-assured guarantee on our balm for 30 days from the date of payment. If you are not pleased with the balm, simply mail it back to us postage-paid, and we will happily replace it or refund your money.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
For orders of $250 or more, there is a 10% discount plus free shipping.
For orders of $500 or more, there is a 20% discount plus free shipping.
To receive these discounts, please contact us, letting us know what you would like to order, and we will promptly send you an electronic invoice that can be paid online.
Do you offer wholesale prices to retailers?
Yes! If you would like to sell our balm, please contact us for pricing details.
Do you use recyclable packaging materials?
We use organic air-popped popcorn or recycled paper inside our packages except when we are re-using materials that we receive in packages that are sent to us. Please recycle the paper and the cardboard box. You can feed the popcorn to the birds or put it in your compost.
