Epic Glow's aroma is mellow and lightly fragranced for a soft, comforting aura. The essential oils not only make the balm smell great and effectively neutralize the scent of the highly therapeutic tallow and fish oils, but they also stimulate the collagen to make the skin glow as well as aid the pores to relax.
This is the only all-animal-oil skin care product available anywhere. We replaced the olive oil that we use in our other products with Green Pasture's extremely therapeutic cod liver, skate liver, and butter oils. Our body knows best how to care for our skin, and it produces its own skin care product called sebum. Because of the tallow and Green Pasture oils in our balm, it has the same saturated fats (triglycerides) and squalene that make up the majority of our own sebum. There is no other skin care product that so closely resembles human sebum and can give you the healthy, great-looking skin you're looking for. All of these factors make Epic Glow Tallow Balm with Green Pasture Oils the best skin care product for whatever is ailing your skin, whether you are a woman or a man!
Tallow from 100% grass-fed cows.
Green Pasture Oils (Blue Ice™ Fermented Cod Liver Oil, Blue Ice™ Fermented Skate Liver Oil, X-Factor™ Gold Concentrated Butter Oil).
Therapeutic-grade essential oils: jade lemon, tangerine, marjoram, lavender, manuka, myrrh, mastrante.
The Whole Food of Skin Care
Whole-body natural skin care for face, lips, hands, feet, and body.
Soft, spreadable, and easy to use.
For healthy skin. For great-looking skin. For all manner of skin conditions.
A little goes a long way, so a jar lasts an incredibly long time.
Does not result in a greasy look or feel because it is readily absorbed by the skin.
Paleo-friendly skin care.
The purest, most natural ingredients of any skincare product (see organic Product FAQ).
A little goes a long way. Rub in well. Keep at room temperature. Keep tightly capped.
Our balm is chemical-free and GMO-free with nothing unnatural and has only three whole-food ingredients, all selected from the finest sources to insure its superior therapeutic quality:
1) Tallow from 100% grass-fed cows that are happy, healthy, and humanely raised without cruel feed lots and cruel slaughterhouses and without pesticides, drugs, hormones, or chemicals of any kind.
2) Highest quality Green Pasture oils, including Blue Ice™ Fermented Cod Liver Oil, Blue Ice™ Fermented Skate Liver Oil, and X-Factor™ Gold Concentrated Butter Oil.
3) The most pure and therapeutic essential oils available, produced to the highest standards in the industry, steam-distilled from plants grown at the highest standards and not adulterated, extended, synthesized, or distilled using chemicals or high temperatures and pressure; expertly blended and specifically selected because of their long-standing tradition of promoting optimal skin health.
This is how people cared for their skin before chemicals. This is the whole food of skin care. Don't put anything on your body that you wouldn't put in your body! There is nothing else like it on the market. If other skin care products have failed you, you owe it to yourself to try Vintage Tradition!
Our balms are handcrafted in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA.
During production, our balm does not come into contact with plastic, aluminum, or non-stick surfaces.

I added a sample size of Epic Glow to my Green Pasture Oils order a month ago, and all I can say is that I'm so glad I did! After using the product a few days I went to your site: Vintage Traditions and ordered the 2 oz size. I'm using Epic Glow on my face, hands, and feet daily and my skin feels so soft! I apply Epic Glow to my face and my pressed powder base make-up stays fresh and matte looking all day long. I used to have a T-zone oily shine buy not anymore!

Crazy times - too much hand washing!!
This balm is helping me stay sane!
Don't want to be w/o it.

Looks like my review of the sample size stayed w just it.
(I gifted a sample when I heard about the corner of a mouth that wouldn't heal.)
Cuticles? I recently discovered, being more generous around my cuticles had a HUGE payoff.
I've been using it on my face and lips morning and night and recently began spreading it over my pits when I put it on my hands after showering. Any razor burn becomes a non-issue. Its such an amazing product.

I really like the idea of Tallow balm for a skin care product. I've used Green Pastures products for a few years. This one passed the test with my Naturopathic Dr! The tiny fishy smell fades. And I have a very sensitive nose. Even if it didn't, it would be worth it, to have such a great product on my face. My Naturopath says do not put anything
on your skin that you wouldn't eat! (It all goes into your bloodstream, in a very short time.)
Keep up the good work Vintage Tradition people!

I heard of Vintage Traditions from the Wise Traditions podcast. I have always wanted to try the tallow balm, but hesitated due to the cost of the product. I am SO glad I splurged and got some. You only need the tiniest amount and it makes your skin feel amazing! Not greasy, not slimy, just refreshed and supple. Thank you for making something so great out of such simple (and natural!) ingredients.

I'm delighted with Epic Glow. It has definitely restored a bit of my girlish skin. Ok, well, it makes me look not as haggard as I had become the last couple years. The crevices are definitely shallower. And why wouldn’t it make a difference? What a great nourishing product combo! There's a great deal of "clean" product competition in recent years. Some greener than others, some QUITE expensive. Epic Glow is a steal.

I have been using your Tallow balm for several years. I've also been using Green Pasture fclo for several years. I resisted purchasing Epic Glow because of my anticipation w the odor, and what it might be covered up w, the fragrances. I am not good w most fragrances, whether from essential oils or otherwise.
A recent mailing inspired me to give it a try and I'm happy I did. A couple years ago people were surprised when I told them I was 60. Life took hold of me since then and I'm no longer asked my age. I figure I look it now. While I'm happy to nourish my skin w the new balm, I'm also curious about whether it will replenish to the point of generating more comments of surprise.

This is my first purchase of the Tallow balm with green pastures oils. I got this for stubborn dry spots and to use around the eyes. I have been using it for a week and love it. It really helps with my dry spots and the eyes are looking very young. Just had someone thinking I was in my 30's and I am 50's. I enjoyed that. You only need a small amount to do the job if using it for face only. I have made my own tallow with the recipe from this site, but I think I will stick to purchasing this for face only.

This is my new favorite product! The smell and texture of this balm is lovely and it absorbs well into the skin. My skin tone is more even moisturized and glowing. I like that it made from high quality ingredients and recommend it to anyone interested in the same.
